Netcom IT Solutions offer peace of mind with their support contracts. You get your own IT Department without the cost or hassle of employing someone full time.
The following are some of the services we provide with our support contracts:
Guaranteed Response Times
We have a guaranteed response time of up to 8 hours from first point of contact to when we will have someone on your site.
Telephone Support
We provide free telephone support, which is also backed up by our remote system access.
Remote Access
If you have signed our agreement and have an ISP or are willing to change to an ISP with a fixed IP address (both of which we can set up for you) we can offer you remote support. This will help to cut costs by saving travelling time and allow us the possibility of diagnosing your problem before we send someone out. That way we can send the right equipment and services to fix the problem efficiently.
Routine Maintenance
Routine maintenance is a brilliant way of catching problems before they happen. It allows us to clean out any or all redundant files taking up space, remove all spy wear from machines, maintain virus checks and run operating system updates. This will improve general network and pc performance. Depending on the size of your company this is on average 2 hours a month. If you have a particular request or a problem you want fixing, you can use our time with you for your other IT related issues. We can also use the time to improve your IT in other ways. It is your time, allocated to you, for your business, to support it as you wish.
